The first amazing dude/dudettes (well in this case dudettes) is Lisa Loeb...the only artist to top the Hot 100 before being signed to any record label..
now...that is a feat, yes, indeed it is
Lisa Loeb whose trademark is for wearing those distinctive cat-eye shaped tortoiseshell glasses is an avid Hello Kitty lover (Whyyyy? I've never been a fan of those sanrio stuff) She even has a hello kitty stratocaster O.O
Her most popular song up to this day is 'stay'. I love that song. A hot dorky girl with a guitar turns people on o.<
